The company may establish branches in Switzerland and abroad, participate in other companies in Switzerland and abroad, acquire or establish identical or similar companies, carry out all operations and conclude contracts that are intended to develop the company's purpose or are directly or indirectly related to it, and assume participations in Switzerland or abroad. Consequently, it may acquire properties in Switzerland and abroad, mortgage or sell them, and grant loans or guarantees to its associates or third parties if this serves its interests.
