The acquisition, mortgage financing, sale, construction, renovation, development, management, administration and financing of real estate in Switzerland and abroad, as well as participating in real estate companies and enterprises with headquarters and/or activities in Switzerland and abroad. However, real estate in Switzerland or participations in real estate companies and enterprises with real estate in Switzerland may only be acquired on the condition that the properties are intended for the exercise of an economic activity in accordance with Art. 2 para. 2 lit. a) LAFE. The acquisition of participations in other companies or enterprises and the financing of participated companies or enterprises, the granting of credits in any form to participated companies or enterprises, in particular through loans, advances or guarantees. The company may also acquire and sell works of art of any kind, participate in companies in the above-mentioned areas or carry out any other activity directly or indirectly related to the company's purpose.
