The company's purpose is to carry out all real estate operations, namely the purchase, sale, construction, leasing, administration, management, and enhancement of all real estate assets, as well as all services in the real estate sector, with the exception of operations prohibited by the federal law on the acquisition of real estate by foreigners (LFAIE). It may, in Switzerland or abroad, create branches, participate in other companies, acquire all real estate or real estate companies within the framework of its activity, acquire or establish companies with an identical or analogous purpose, grant loans or guarantees to shareholders or to third parties, carry out all operations and conclude all contracts likely to develop its purpose or relating directly or indirectly thereto.
