The company may participate in other domestic and foreign companies, enter into all transactions and conclude contracts that are suitable to promote its purpose or are directly or indirectly related to it. Furthermore, it may establish branch offices in Switzerland and acquire, establish, manage and sell properties, companies, intellectual property rights, participations and securities in Switzerland and abroad within the framework of the law.
