The company's purpose (in strict compliance with the rules governing the acquisition of real estate by foreigners) is: a) to carry out all real estate transactions, including the purchase and sale, development, enhancement and management of all properties; b) to study, design, plan and execute, both on its own account and on behalf of third parties, projects in the real estate sector; c) any activity in the construction sector, in particular the realization and promotion of any real estate project, as well as the execution of all work, including as a general contractor or total contractor; d) as an ancillary activity, the execution of all commercial and financial transactions - whether movable or immovable - directly or indirectly related to the above-mentioned purposes, as well as the acquisition of interests in all Swiss or foreign companies pursuing identical or similar purposes. The company may also grant loans and/or guarantees, in any form, to its shareholders or third parties. The company may conduct its activities both in Switzerland and abroad.
