The company's purposes, within the limits of the Foreign Acquisition of Real Property Act, are the acquisition, development, construction, renovation, operation, leasing, and sale of any real property. The company may, as a secondary purpose, both in Switzerland and abroad, create branches or subsidiaries, participate in other companies that have a direct or indirect relationship with its purpose, acquire or establish them, in general, carry out any financial, commercial, or industrial activity, whether movable or immovable, that promotes its development and that is directly or indirectly related to its purpose, handle these transactions for itself or on behalf of third parties, as a representative, agent, or broker, or have them executed on its behalf by third parties, grant loans to shareholders and to third parties, grant leases, act as a guarantor for loans subscribed by shareholders or third parties, guarantee these loans by the issuance or pledging of mortgage securities or by the subscription of any other financial commitment.
