The purpose of the company is to conduct all real estate transactions both domestically and abroad, in particular the brokerage, management and rental, acquisition and sale of developed and undeveloped properties, as well as the planning, construction, renovation and repurposing of buildings on its own account and on behalf of third parties. The company may participate in other companies, establish subsidiaries and branches both domestically and abroad, grant loans and, in addition, carry out all legal transactions that may be connected with the purpose of the company.
