The Company's purpose is to engage in all activities in the fields of construction and real estate, in particular the study, development, planning, management and direction of works, the realization and marketing of constructions of all kinds, the purchase, sale, development, rental and promotion of real estate (excluding operations prohibited by the legislation on the acquisition of real estate by foreign persons (LFAIE)). The Company may also: acquire, dispose of and manage participations in other Swiss and/or foreign companies and enterprises; carry out any financial, commercial and real estate transactions directly or indirectly related to its purpose; create branches or subsidiaries in Switzerland and abroad; participate in any enterprises or activities in Switzerland and abroad that have a direct or indirect connection with its purpose; grant loans or guarantees to shareholders, subsidiaries or third parties if it serves its interests; be part of a group of companies and participate in a cash pooling system allowing it to provide financial assistance to other group companies, Swiss or foreign, through loans granted to the parent company (up-stream) or to subsidiary companies (cross-stream) at market conditions or to the extent of its freely available equity and by charging them or receiving financial assistance and borrowing money from other group companies or third parties.
