The cooperative aims to promote the acquisition, construction and management of commercial and residential spaces in the Schänis area through joint self-help and self-responsibility of its members, thereby enabling a common social or cultural benefit. In doing so, it excludes any speculative intentions. The cooperative can acquire or sell plots of land and real estate companies, as well as build, acquire, manage, rent or sell properties. The cooperative operates on a non-profit basis and does not strive for profit beyond achieving and maintaining its purpose. It promotes sustainable and business-oriented development.
