The purpose of the company is: the purchase, sale, holding, construction, transformation and development of real estate of any kind, the execution of all real estate promotion operations, the analysis and conduct of real estate transactions, as well as all related services, including brokerage, management, administration and rental of real estate, excluding operations prohibited by the LFAIE; the trade of all products. The company may, excluding operations prohibited by the LFAIE: borrow or obtain any form of credit, provide guarantees of any kind to secure its obligations or those of companies in the same group, in particular in the form of guarantees, pledges or securities on the company's assets; provide financial assistance, loans, advances or guarantees to companies in the same group; grant loans or guarantees to shareholders or third parties if it serves its interests.
