The company's purpose, in compliance with the rules on the acquisition of real estate by foreigners, is the purchase and sale of real estate and, in general, any commercial and service activity related to real estate, including the study, planning and implementation of any real estate project, brokerage and expertise, except for operations prohibited by the LFAIE. The company may establish branches in Switzerland and abroad, participate in other companies in Switzerland and abroad, acquire companies with an identical or similar purpose, or merge with such companies and carry out all operations and conclude all contracts that are conducive to achieving its purpose or are directly or indirectly related to it. The company may carry out, either on its own account or on behalf of third parties, all financial, commercial, industrial, movable or immovable transactions that are directly or indirectly related to its corporate purpose and may engage in all activities that have a direct or indirect connection with this corporate purpose or are profitable for it.
