The ownership of real estate and the ownership of shares in real estate companies is limited to exclusively commercially used real estate. The company may, on its own account or on behalf of third parties, conduct all commercial, financial, industrial, movable and immovable property transactions that are directly or indirectly related to its main purpose, in Switzerland and abroad, open branches in Switzerland and abroad, and participate in other companies that pursue a similar or related purpose.
