The company's purpose is to engage in the international trade of goods of all kinds in Switzerland and abroad. Specifically, its purpose is the trade, purchase, distribution, and sale of all types of crude oil, fuel, refined petroleum products, and all similar or related products. The company may establish branches in Switzerland and abroad and carry out all activities directly or indirectly related to its purpose (with the exception of operations prohibited by the LFAIE). The company may grant or receive loans from shareholders, related companies, or third parties, and provide or receive guarantees of any kind to or from these same entities.
