The cooperative aims to supply end-consumers in the municipality of Bivio with electrical energy at the most favourable conditions possible. This is achieved a) through the construction, operation and maintenance of its own facilities for the production of electrical energy, b) through the construction, operation and maintenance of its own electrical distribution network, including the necessary transformer stations, c) through the procurement of additional electrical energy and capacity, to the extent that its own production is unable to meet demand. The cooperative members are supplied with energy at a lower price than other end-consumers; full description of purpose in accordance with the statutes.
