The company's purpose is to manufacture, trade and sell computer hardware and software, and in particular to provide all related services such as consulting, planning, organization, maintenance and support, as well as conducting training sessions. Furthermore, the company aims to provide all types of services related to the operation of IT systems. The company may grant direct or indirect financing to third parties, including direct or indirect shareholders of the company or companies in which they are involved, either through loans or other financing or by providing securities of any kind, whether against payment or not.
