The company's purpose is the design, research, development, manufacture and marketing of veterinary medical or paramedical equipment of any kind, carried out directly or through subcontracting, as well as the provision of training, consulting and assistance services related to these products. The company may also: engage in any financial, commercial or industrial activity, movable or immovable, directly or indirectly related to its purpose, except for operations prohibited by the Federal Law on the Acquisition of Real Estate by Foreigners (LFAIE); create branches or subsidiaries in Switzerland and abroad; participate in all companies having a direct or indirect relationship with its purpose; grant loans or guarantees to shareholders or third parties, if it serves its interests.
