The company can establish branches and subsidiaries in Switzerland and abroad and participate in other companies in Switzerland and abroad, manage them and conduct all transactions that are directly or indirectly related to its purpose. The company can acquire, encumber, sell and manage real estate in Switzerland and abroad. The company is authorized to conduct all transactions that may be useful for achieving and promoting the company's purpose, except for those transactions that require a special permit from the authorities, unless such a permit is available.
