The company's purpose is to provide consulting services in trade and strategy for the development of oilseed processing companies, logistics and transshipment consulting for vegetable oils, all commodity trading activities, the development of port infrastructure and human resource management. The company may carry out commercial operations, transactions, services of any kind, including brokerage services. The company may pursue its purpose through all operations - especially through all contracts - without limitation: as to their location - in Switzerland or abroad; as to their object - whether it concerns material property (movable or immovable, it being specified here that real estate transactions can only be carried out within the limits of the Federal Law on the Acquisition of Real Estate by Foreigners) or intellectual property or services; as to their execution - whether by the company, by branches of the company, by participations in other companies or by subcontractors.
