It may engage in any financial, commercial or industrial, movable or immovable, activity directly or indirectly related to this purpose, create branches or subsidiaries in Switzerland or abroad, participate in any enterprise having a direct or indirect relationship with its purpose and, if it serves its interests, grant loans or guarantees to shareholders or third parties.
