Connection of industrial and commercial buildings to the Swiss Federal Railways' transport network through joint self-help by building, operating and maintaining one or more private standard-gauge industrial tracks from Swiss Federal Railways (SBB) or Central Railway (zb) tracks to the industrial areas of the municipalities of Kriens and Horw; granting of further connections against corresponding cost sharing or expansion of existing track facilities; acquisition and sale of land and easements; acquisition, construction and sale of track facilities; acquisition and granting of easements; construction, purchase, creation, sale or rental of buildings, insofar as there is a connection to the cooperative purpose; procurement of own rail-bound traction means and operation thereof.
