1 The cooperative aims to safeguard the interests of its members by taking over road plot 3680 from Feriensiedlung Stockenmatt AG, as well as maintaining and operating this plot 3680 and the cooperative's road plot from Glaubenbergstrasse to triangulation point No. 5781, as per Annex 1. It may also take over additional plots of land serving the development (roads, playgrounds, etc.). The resulting land registry and notary costs for the transfer of road plot 3680 shall be borne by the cooperative. 2 Furthermore, the cooperative aims to safeguard the interests of its members by taking over the ARA Stockenmatt on plot No. 1481, GB Sarnen, its subsequent maintenance, operation, and use, whereby a self-contained and permanent building right is established in the land register at the expense of plot 1481 with regard to this ARA Stockenmatt.
