The cooperative aims, through mutual self-help among its members, to create and finance, operate, maintain, and renew community facilities for the Viererfeld/Mittelfeld development based on an overall planning, as well as to provide services that transcend the neighborhood. After the creation of the community facilities, it is responsible for their operation, maintenance, and renewal, as well as the organization of community life in the neighborhood. For the purpose of neighborhood organization, the cooperative operates, among other things, a neighborhood service center, three neighborhood parking halls, private cleaning collection points on public land, and takes over the management of the electricity association. The cooperative may establish branches, participate in other domestic enterprises, acquire or merge with similar or related companies, acquire or dispose of real estate, securities, patents, and other intellectual property rights, as well as engage in all transactions and conclude contracts that are suitable for promoting the purpose of the cooperative or are directly or indirectly related thereto.
