The company's purpose is to carry out all installation, assembly, cabling and maintenance activities for telecommunications systems, as well as all activities directly or indirectly related to the field of telecommunications, and the training of qualified personnel. It also aims to execute all services of a general contractor in the building sector. Furthermore, the company may engage in any other activity that has a direct or indirect connection to these purposes; it may notably establish branches in Switzerland and abroad, participate in other companies in Switzerland and abroad, acquire companies with an identical or similar purpose, or merge with such companies, carry out all operations and conclude all contracts that are suitable for developing and expanding its purpose or are directly or indirectly related to it.
