The company's purpose is the acquisition, holding, financing, sale and disposal of participations in all Swiss and foreign companies and corporations, whether financial, industrial, commercial, movable or immovable, all within the limits set by the LFAIE. The company may: carry out any financial, commercial or industrial, movable or immovable activity directly or indirectly related to its purpose; create branches or subsidiaries in Switzerland and abroad; grant loans or guarantees to associates, subsidiaries, parent companies, sister companies or third parties, if this promotes its interests or those of the group of companies to which it belongs; carry out any cash pooling activity for the account of the group to which it belongs.
