The Company's purpose is to engage, in Switzerland and abroad, in all activities in the fields of construction and real estate, in particular the study, development, planning, management and direction of works, the realization and marketing of constructions of all kinds, the purchase, sale, development, rental and promotion of real estate (excluding operations prohibited by the Federal Law on the Acquisition of Real Estate by Foreigners (LFAIE)). The Company may also make any investments and carry out any financial, economic or commercial transactions on its own account, participate in any companies or carry out transactions on any securities and/or financial instruments having a direct or indirect connection with its purpose (excluding any operation or activity subject to authorization by the financial market laws within the meaning of Article 1 of the Federal Law on the Federal Financial Market Supervisory Authority (LFINMA)).
