The company's purpose is the distribution of leather, PU leather and textile articles and the management of storage facilities. The Company may open branches and subsidiaries in Switzerland and abroad and participate in other companies in Switzerland and abroad, as well as conduct all activities directly or indirectly related to its purpose. The Company may acquire, encumber, sell and manage real estate in Switzerland and abroad within the limits imposed by the applicable regulations (company establishment funds, art. 2, para. 2, letter a) LAFE). It may also grant loans on its own behalf or on behalf of third parties and enter into guarantees and sureties for controlled companies and third parties.
