The company's purpose is to carry out, in Switzerland and abroad, activities of technological monitoring, trend analysis and prospecting, as well as the search for scientific or commercial partners and to promote, both in Switzerland and abroad, existing or future technologies in the form of consulting, representation, distribution and training activities. The company may, within the limits of the Federal Act on the Acquisition of Real Estate by Foreigners (LFAIE): engage in all financial, commercial or industrial activities, movable or immovable, directly or indirectly related to its purpose; participate in all companies having a direct or indirect connection with its purpose; create branches or subsidiaries in Switzerland or abroad; grant loans or guarantees to associates or third parties.
