1. To participate in eliminating all forms of discrimination, as enshrined in the Constitution, and to establish a body to combat discrimination. 2. To document all forms of racial discrimination in state institutions and public life. 3. To urge the authorities to take positive measures to eliminate any incitement to discrimination and hatred and any such acts. 4. To raise awareness among the population about all forms of discrimination and the means of protection at national and international levels.
