a) the management of the Higher Technical Institute founded in 1916 and the dissemination of scientific and technical knowledge, with the aim of training technical managers and specialized engineers; b) the evaluation and certification of experiences and knowledge acquired before and during the training period at the institute, leading to oral control exams; c) the institute has an international character; it aims to achieve its social purpose by publishing or having published suitable teaching courses based on the self-study method and computer support (multimedia), written by specialists; these courses will be complemented by practical exercises, conferences, seminars, technical publications of original studies and experiences of particular scientific or industrial interest; d) the representation, takeover and financing of similar educational institutions and publishing houses, as well as the establishment of collaborative relationships with such partners.
