To promote and defend fundamental human rights; To improve the security and protection of human rights defenders; To defend and protect the rights to life, self-determination, development, health, food, water and sanitation, adequate housing, cultural rights and other rights; To support and safeguard the rights of individuals, including indigenous peoples, women, children, migrants, internally displaced persons and persons with disabilities; To defend the rights of national or ethnic, religious and linguistic minorities, ensuring their inclusion; To promote inclusivity; To ensure transparency and access to information; To promote human rights in the context of emerging new technologies and the role of human rights in regulating artificial intelligence; To protect human rights defenders, journalists and trade union members; To defend and protect the rights of LGBTQ+ individuals; To protect and promote environmental health, combat climate change and advance the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs); To promote human rights related to sustainability goals such as the right to education and the elimination of all forms of discrimination against women; To advance human rights in the context of promoting the United Nations' Sustainable Development Goals; To defend the United Nations Guiding Principles on Business and Human Rights; To promote corporate accountability for human rights respect; To organize seminars and training for human rights defenders; To provide logistical and administrative assistance to international institutions based in Geneva; To produce public interest media content on human rights; To organize debates and conferences on human rights and security issues; To conduct advocacy activities within international and intergovernmental organizations; To engage in all other activities of non-governmental organizations in accordance with Swiss law.
