The Company's purpose is to engage in the trade and brokerage of the sale and purchase of marine fuels in Switzerland and abroad. The Company may carry out all commercial, financial, real estate (if the real estate held through participations or buildings are located in Switzerland, they may only have an exclusively commercial use) or movable transactions, and conclude all contracts having a direct or indirect connection with its purpose and promoting its development. It may also establish branches and subsidiaries in Switzerland and abroad, and acquire, hold, administer and dispose of real estate (in Switzerland, buildings with exclusively commercial use) and intellectual property. The Company may also acquire participations in other companies and acquire companies with an identical or similar purpose (in the case of companies holding real estate located in Switzerland, such real estate must have an exclusively commercial use).
