The company's purpose is to engage in holding activities, namely the acquisition, management, holding, purchase and sale of participations in Swiss and/or foreign companies, as well as the financing of such companies. In general, the company may also carry out all operations that are directly or indirectly related to its corporate purpose and that promote its development, including the acquisition of participations in other companies. It may establish branches in Switzerland and abroad or found companies with an identical or similar purpose, carry out all permitted mobile, real estate and financial transactions and conclude any contract directly or indirectly related to the corporate purpose or contributing to its development. It may also grant loans or guarantees to shareholders or third parties if this serves its interests.
