The company's purpose is to trade in hotel, comfort and object furnishings, advertising and marketing, as well as provide business management consulting. The company may establish branches, participate in other domestic enterprises, acquire or establish similar or related companies, and enter into all transactions and conclude contracts that are suitable to promote the company's purpose or are directly or indirectly related to it. It may also acquire and sell real estate (Art. 655 of the Swiss Civil Code).
