Interessengemeinschaft privater professioneller Bauherren (IPB)

The association represents the interests of private professional builders vis-à-vis service providers, trade associations, authorities and other organizations. It promotes the idea of competition, the professionalization of the builder function and strengthens the client competence of its members by offering corresponding further training seminars for members and their employees. It maintains an intensive exchange of know-how and experience among its members at the level of the builder as the person responsible for real estate projects, the entire construction process and the technical building maintenance. It is politically independent.
