The company may, both in Switzerland and abroad, establish branches or subsidiaries; participate in all companies having a direct or indirect connection with its purpose, acquire or establish them; in general, carry out any financial, commercial or industrial activity, whether movable or immovable, to the extent authorized by the Federal Act on the Acquisition of Real Estate by Foreigners (LFAIE) directly or indirectly related to its purpose; grant loans or guarantees to shareholders or third parties, guarantee loans subscribed by shareholders or third parties, secure such loans by issuing or pledging mortgage certificates or other securities, as well as enter into any other financial commitment.
