The company's purpose is to hold, manage, finance, acquire and sell participations in any company, in Switzerland and abroad, except for operations prohibited by the Federal Act on the Acquisition of Real Estate by Foreigners (LFAIE). The company may contribute to establishing the goals, strategy and priorities of the companies in which it holds participations, coordinating and controlling their activities, and, in general, managing and controlling them. The company may also provide them with services, in particular in accounting, financial and administrative matters. The company may grant loans, with or without collateral, to its shareholders or related parties, including companies directly or indirectly affiliated with it, or provide them with financial support in the form of collateral of any kind to guarantee obligations of these shareholders or related parties, or participate in cash pooling operations, in all cases with or without consideration.
