Inclusion of transit and foreign trade goods on the Trans-Eurasian routes crossing the territory of the Russian Federation, including the East-West, North-South routes, and international transport corridors; coordination of the activities of participants in international cargo transportation on land and sea routes of the Trans-Eurasian routes to ensure high-quality delivery of goods and promote economic relations between the countries of the Pacific region, Central Asia, the CIS, the Baltic States, and Europe through the operation of the railway and sea port infrastructure of CCTT members. Improvement of the efficiency and competitiveness of railway and multimodal cargo transportation in all transit, export, and import directions in connection with the countries of the Asia-Pacific region, Central Asia, the CIS, the Baltic States, and Europe through the operation of the railway and sea port infrastructure of CCTT members; coordination of cooperation between railways and sea ports to create competitive conditions for the development of multimodal transportation; development of proposals and measures to increase the volume of cargo transportation on the international transport corridors East-West, North-South based on the analysis of the transport market, including by reducing transit time, improving technological processes, ensuring the safety of goods, and simplifying customs procedures; development of proposals to eliminate factors that restrict the attraction of transit and foreign trade goods to the Trans-Eurasian routes; composition and introduction of transport and logistics products and promotion of services on the international market for transport services; organization of work on the development and introduction of digital, innovative IT technologies, automated systems for electronic exchange of legally relevant documents; creation of a unified integrated digital space for Trans-Eurasian transportation; improvement of vehicle management mechanisms; promotion of heavy cargo transportation on the Trans-Siberian route; participation in the development of normative and legal documents for the regulation of cargo transportation on the Trans-Eurasian routes; support for the development of competencies in the transport sector; dissemination of Trans-Siberian services and strengthening of business relations with cargo owners; analysis of the conjuncture of the transport market and formation of the freight base for Trans-Eurasian railway and intermodal transportation and participation in the activities of other public international transport organizations.
