The purpose of the association is to establish a union of members consisting of international advisors based in various countries around the world and of interested private and public organizations approved by the ICFG, with the aim of: a) Developing international corporate finance activities, particularly cross-border M&A activities, given that ICFG members are experts in these areas and will work closely together to promote these and similar activities, b) Channeling information worldwide on international corporate finance and M&A activities, c) Rapidly increasing the number of international corporate finance and M&A transactions, d) Developing modern methods and rules for international cooperation in corporate finance and M&A activities, e) Establishing procedures for working relationships between members to reflect international trends and meet the same ethical professional standards, f) Providing support for the initiation, execution, and completion of international corporate finance projects and M&A transactions through legal, infrastructural, or other support, g) Offering information and training programs, as well as organizing conferences on international corporate finance and M&A matters at the national and international level.
