The negotiation, implementation and organization of international service provision by its associates' business partners to major suppliers on an international level and assistance with the international development of small and medium-sized enterprises, as well as the representation, under the common name 'International Retail and Trade Services (IRTS) Sàrl', of its associates' business partners to this end with the aforementioned major suppliers and small and medium-sized enterprises. The company may also, within the framework of the purpose mentioned in the preceding paragraph, acquire, hold, administer and sell real estate for its own use or that of its subsidiaries, excluding residential real estate in Switzerland. The company may engage in any activity that is directly or indirectly related to its purpose, including the creation of branches, subsidiaries, or the acquisition of interests in other companies.
