The cooperative aims to serve the business interests of its members through mutual self-help in the sense of Art. 828 OR. It accepts securities and values from companies and private individuals in the national and international territory and issues guarantees to companies or private individuals or public law corporations in the country and abroad. It coordinates synergies, resources and know-how for the benefit of the cooperative or its members in the country and abroad. To achieve this goal, the cooperative will use and apply all necessary instruments of free economic and trade traffic as well as available financial services. Furthermore, the cooperative arranges contacts with business partners in the country and abroad. It can buy and sell real estate.
