Collection of documentation, scientific examination of international and national economic issues related to the problem of asset formation; dissemination of the idea of saving through public education, particularly through the education of young people; identification of suitable objectives for which it is sensible to save; objectives that can be achieved through one's own efforts and are within the realm of individual possibilities; promotion and support of various institutions that are dedicated to this task; representation of the interests of affiliated institutions at the international level; advising affiliated institutions on fundamental issues and questions of organization and financing; preparation of expert opinions on the possibilities and modalities of concrete promotion of asset formation; coordination of the interests of various affiliated institutions; coordination of press activities, in particular in the reproduction of press opinions and treatises for affiliated institutions; if necessary, creation of an own press service for questions of asset formation; contact and cooperation with national and international authorities, institutions and organizations, insofar as this appears necessary for the foundation to achieve its goals; organization of conferences and seminars.
