The purpose of the foundation is, in particular, a) to preserve, promote and disseminate the biosynthesis founded by David Boadella in therapy, research, science and publications, as well as the conceptual preservation, promotion and dissemination of the journals Energie & Charakter and Energy & Character; b) to control the guarantee and quality management of the guarantee mark (quality mark) Biosynthesis / Biosynthesis; c) to promote science and research in all areas of biosynthesis, including the granting of subsidies; d) to coordinate training and further education in biosynthesis at national and international level, as well as to maintain the organizational structures; e) to support the International Institute for Biosynthesis IIBS in cooperation with David Boadella and Silvia Specht Boadella and their successors, as well as the support of national and regional biosynthesis institutes, among other things, through special, foundation council-proposed specialist and advisory boards; f) to observe and execute the existing contracts of the International Institute for Biosynthesis IIBS with the affiliated contractual partners, as well as the copyright agreements of the IIBS.
