The cooperative aims to provide its members with a shared self-help service for the joint use of cargo bikes and the provision of logistics services, in particular courier services of all kinds, in a sustainable manner by bicycle or cargo bike in Switzerland, primarily in the Bern region. The company may establish branches, participate in other domestic and foreign companies, acquire similar or related companies or merge with them, and participate in projects with similar objectives. The company may acquire or dispose of real estate, securities, patents and other intellectual property rights, as well as enter into any business and conclude contracts that are suitable to promote the purpose of the company or are directly or indirectly related to it.
