The company's purpose is the acquisition, sale, administration and management of participations in all companies or enterprises, directly or indirectly, in Switzerland or abroad (with regard to real estate companies based in Switzerland, only those holding properties with exclusively commercial use). The company may carry out all financial, commercial, industrial, movable and immovable transactions (with the exception of any operation prohibited by the LFAIE) for its own account or for the account of third parties, in Switzerland and abroad, directly or indirectly related to the main purpose, create subsidiaries and branches in Switzerland and abroad, participate in all enterprises having a direct or indirect connection with its purpose, grant loans or guarantees to subsidiaries, associates or third parties.
