The organization and management of services and facilities, such as outpatient clinics and polyclinics, specialist practices and aesthetic clinics, intended for the exercise of medical, surgical and aesthetic activities, rehabilitation, regeneration, therapy, outpatient care with day and night hospitalization, day-hospital, day-surgery, and care homes; the coordination and management of the activity of medical, nursing, physiotherapeutic, technical professionals, and scientific research and study activities; the promotion and organization of meetings, events, courses, and publications for the dissemination of knowledge in the medical-sanitary sector, particularly orthopedic, and for the training of auxiliary, medical and sanitary personnel; the organization of telemedicine services; the production and trade of medical, cosmetic, pharmaceutical, dietary and food supplement products, equipment and devices. The company may, in Switzerland and abroad: carry out all activities, including commercial, financial, movable and immovable transactions, directly or indirectly connected with the company's purpose; take direct or indirect participations in other companies, enterprises and consortia in the sector related to the company's purpose; assume and grant representations; provide guarantees, including real guarantees and sureties; acquire, sell, register and exploit trademarks and patents; acquire, alienate, hold and lease real estate assets intended for business establishments within the meaning of Art. 2 para. 2 let. a LAFE; establish branches and subsidiaries.
