The provision to third parties of services related to art, such as custody, transport, restoration and enhancement of works of art and collectibles; the reproduction of art and collectible objects by technical means such as casting, lithography, xylography, photography, printing in general or other, as well as their commercialization, also on behalf of third parties. The company may assume representation of artists, painters, sculptors, writers and others for the reproduction, promotion and dissemination of their works. It may carry out consultations, appraisals and estimates of works of art and organize exhibitions and events in general, with the express exclusion, in relation to all the activities that precede, of the activities that from time to time are reserved by law or in relation to which requirements are required that are not possessed by the company. In a non-prevailing manner and solely for the purpose of achieving the social purpose, the company may perform any operation that the administrative body deems useful or necessary for the achievement of the social object, and thus, among other things: the assumption of passive loans, possibly releasing mortgage guarantees, and the granting of guarantees, guarantees and sureties in its own interest and that of third parties, excluding any financial activity towards the public; the completion of all industrial, commercial, movable, immovable and financial operations functionally connected to the realization of the social object, with express exclusion of all activities prohibited or reserved by current and future legislation. The company may establish branches and/or subsidiaries in Switzerland and abroad. The company may acquire and hold real estate in Switzerland and abroad.
