The company aims to carry out all transactions of any kind, whether industrial, commercial, financial, movable or immovable, direct or indirect, related to: a) Providing all services and works related to industrial, infrastructure, real estate and government projects: Strategic consulting (Predict); Technological innovation & R&D (Innovate); Project financing (Enable); Project definition and engineering (Define); Project management including construction and commissioning management (Manage); Complete construction of the project with subcontractors (Build); Operation, maintenance, quality control and continuous improvement of the project over its life cycle (Excel). b) Design and analysis in all technical fields: Safety; Structures, foundations and buildings; Technical equipment of buildings; Process modeling; Mechanical and process equipment; Systems and product development; Energy and supply - production and distribution; Treatment of waste streams; Pipelines; Electrical installations and distribution; Automation (SCADA); Automated optimization (MES). c) Architecture, urban planning and rural development. d) Creation and coordination of temporary associations with the aim of carrying out industrial, turnkey infrastructure or government projects. e) Provision of technical services to industry. f) Purchase and management of movable and immovable assets. g) Representation of industrial products. h) Purchase, implementation and valorization of patents, processes and methods. i) Acting as guarantor, co-debtor for third parties. The company may represent other IPS companies in Switzerland and abroad.
