The founder's intention is to promote and develop integrative medicine, integrative health, well-being, and traditional Chinese medicine through research, training, and employment. The foundation's purpose is: to research, develop, and promote integrative medicine, integrative health, well-being, and traditional Chinese medicine in the context of prevention and treatment of all kinds of pathologies; to provide training in integrative medicine, integrative health, well-being, and traditional Chinese medicine; and to employ people in the context of prevention and treatment of pathologies, as well as to develop jobs for people affected by pathologies or by measures taken due to these pathologies. The foundation also aims to: ensure the promotion and communication of integrative medicine, integrative health, well-being, and traditional Chinese medicine on dedicated platforms or on the occasion of opportunities, events, trade fairs, symposia, publications, partnerships, meetings, and exchanges; to provide access to information on research, advances, and care, advice, and treatments in integrative medicine, integrative health, well-being, and traditional Chinese medicine for patients suffering from pathologies, as well as for sensitized publics and opinion leaders; to animate a network of professionals, therapists in integrative medicine, integrative health, well-being, and traditional Chinese medicine, and to facilitate exchanges and contacts. The foundation can also contribute to the development of integrative medicine, integrative health, well-being, and traditional Chinese medicine in the context of partnerships with Chinese hospitals and universities and other countries. The foundation can also grant reasonable compensation or reimbursement for work done by people working for Sympoisums Médecine Intégrative, both as a member of the symposium's organizing committee and as a speaker, provided that their missions fall within the social purpose defined in this document. Within the framework of its purposes, the foundation operates in Switzerland and abroad. The foundation is non-profit and does not aim to make a profit.
