The foundation aims to promote the following goals: humanitarian purposes, human and women's rights, development aid, nature and species conservation. The foundation can specifically support or promote projects, organizations, institutions, and individuals in Switzerland and abroad that are committed to these goals and provide assurance that any material or financial contributions received from the foundation are used efficiently, economically, and in accordance with the foundation's purpose. The foundation board ensures that a significant portion of the allocated grants benefit organizations that were supported by the founder during her lifetime. There is no legal entitlement for individual organizations. Furthermore, the foundation aims to finance a professorship at the University of Zurich, which addresses the global, systematic discrimination and violence against women, and is located at the interface of primatology and social sciences. The foundation also aims to investigate the socio-historical role of the three major monotheistic religions in the systematic control of women, their bodies, fertility, and work. The foundation is authorized to establish additional foundations or other legal entities in Switzerland and abroad within the scope of its purpose and to pursue joint projects with foreign foundations or other legal entities with similar purposes. The foundation has a non-profit character and does not pursue commercial or self-help purposes. A change of purpose in accordance with Art. 86 of the Swiss Civil Code is reserved.
