The manufacture of metal structures in general, the construction of prefabricated structures made of steel and other materials, the delivery and application of all types of facade cladding. Trade, import, and export of equipment, materials, and articles of all kinds for construction and industrial facilities in general. Exercise of specific construction activities typical of the construction industry. Carrying out development and urban planning work in general, design, static calculation, construction management, as well as activity as a technical-administrative coordinator for other parties; acquisition, construction, management, rental, and exchange of real estate. The company can take over contracts and/or deliveries and/or service concessions related to the works mentioned in the company's purpose (organizational, technical, administrative, accounting, financial, operational) from companies, consortia, associations, and institutions of both public and private nature. The company can also carry out the aforementioned activity through subsidiaries. The company can use the advice of experts and other companies for the development of its own activities or on behalf of third parties. Furthermore, the company can carry out all commercial, movable, real estate, financial, and industrial operations within the framework of the applicable regulations and with the exception of what is provided for in the penultimate paragraph of this article, grant guarantees (sureties, guarantees, mortgages, pledges, and similar) also in favor of third parties, which are considered useful or necessary for the achievement of the company's purpose, as well as participate in and acquire shares, not for placement purposes, in other companies, also consortial, in consortia, in temporary business associations, and in European associations with similar, related, or otherwise connected objectives, whether public, private, or mixed, in compliance with the legal provisions.
